GST invoices, and a GSTR-1 file for your accountant

Last updated

One Tap Manager issues GST tax invoices with HSN codes and the right rate on each line, numbers them in one unbroken series, and gives your accountant a GSTR-1 file for the month. It applies the rates in force since 22 September 2025, including the rule that makes the same kurta 5% or 18% depending on its price. Invoices are on every plan, including Free. It is not accounting software: the books stay with your accountant.

What happens when I cancel an invoice?

It is marked cancelled, never deleted. GSTR-1 asks for the range of numbers issued and how many were cancelled, and a deleted invoice would make that impossible to report for the rest of the year.

What does my accountant get?

A GSTR-1 file for the period, built from the invoices themselves, so nobody re-types a bill.

Common questions

Is One Tap Manager GST billing software?

It issues GST invoices and prepares the GSTR-1 file, which is what most small online sellers need. It does not keep ledgers or file returns; your accountant does that from the file.

Does it work for composition sellers?

Yes. A composition seller issues a bill of supply instead of a tax invoice, and the app does that.

Are the rates up to date?

They follow the GST changes that took effect on 22 September 2025. Check anything unusual with your accountant.
