Customer review and complaint analysis, with a fix-first plan

Last updated

Upload your reviews from Amazon, Flipkart, Google or your own website, and One Tap Manager finds the complaints, groups them into themes such as sizing, quality or delivery, ranks them by how often they come up and how much they hurt, and tells you which one to fix first. It also shows what customers praise, in their own words. It is on the Free plan.

How does it read reviews?

A review is a complaint when its rating is three stars or lower, or, when there is no rating, when its wording is negative. Each complaint is tagged with a theme using words sellers in your trade actually see: sizing runs small for clothing, tarnished or plating came off for jewellery, does not last for perfume.

What is the fix-first plan?

Every theme is placed by how common it is and how much damage it does. The common and damaging ones are fix first; rare but serious ones are contain; common but minor ones are streamline; the rest are watch. Each theme comes with the specific step to take, shown before the charts.

Is it getting better or worse?

Complaints are counted month by month against all reviews, with a three-month average, so you can see whether a fix worked.
